  • RIVI memberships are month-to-month and automatically renew each month until canceled. There is no long-term commitment, and your monthly rate is locked in for as long as you maintain your active membership.

  • An Active Member is an individual with their own RIVI Golf membership and booking access. Party Wave memberships include two Active Members who share the membership’s booking benefits.

  • An Active Booking is any upcoming reservation you currently have scheduled, including same-day reservations. Once the reservation is completed, that booking becomes available for you to use again.

  • A Same-Day Booking is a reservation made for an available bay on the day you plan to visit. Same-day reservations are subject to availability, with maximum booking length determined by your membership level.

  • Hours Per Booking is the maximum amount of time you can reserve for a single visit. Same-day reservations may allow additional time depending on your membership level and availability.

  • Advance Booking determines how far ahead you can reserve a bay. The booking window varies by membership level, with select memberships providing earlier access to the RIVI calendar.

  • Guests Per Visit is the maximum number of guests you may bring during your reservation. Guests must accompany the RIVI member who made the booking.

  • What are RIVI Leagues?

    RIVI Leagues are organized seasonal competitions open to both RIVI members and the public. Two-person teams compete on TrackMan courses over a scheduled season, with standings and results tracked along the way. Members receive league discounts based on their membership level.

    What are RIVI Tournaments?

    RIVI Tournaments are team and individual competitions held throughout the year on TrackMan courses. Some tournaments are exclusive to RIVI members, while others are open to both members and the public. Members receive tournament discounts based on their membership level.

  • The Concierge Station is a complimentary self-service area available to RIVI members during every visit. Enjoy our coffee bar, sodas, water, and a variety of snacks—all included with your membership.

  • The one-time Registration Fee covers the setup and activation of your RIVI membership, including your member profile, 24/7 facility access, booking access, and account onboarding. It also helps us maintain a limited membership model designed to protect bay availability and the overall member experience.
